Durham School Services

The absolute worst!!!!! There is ALWAYS a sub bus driver. The bus is NEVER here on time. The bus will either come five min early and say that my son “refused to get on” or they will come ten min late. Or better yet they will refuse to pick him up all together!!!!!!! Durham used to be very nice but for the last couple months I’d be safer driving my kids to school to make sure they get there on time.

Not a good company. No communication when late. Issues with routes constantly. I have a special needs student and it took a full year before they put my child on a special needs bus. Even though her IEP stated she needed it. They determined that she was ok to be put on a regular bus. I finally got results after talking with the head of the special needs department 3 separate times.

Amazing place to work at, great people and great staff couldn't ask for any better.

Fun, friendly place!! The employees and staff see each other as family, not just coworkers. Sure, there have been a few bad apples, but you'll find that just about anywhere in the work force. They do what they can to ensure safe, prompt transport of kiddos. And even provide charter services.

They forgot my son was riding the bus and just kept driving. I had to call dispatch & have them turn around.
