The bus is reliable and it will take you where you need to go. I don´t understand all of the one star reviews on here.

people who comment negatively on this service clearly haven't been to other cities. Compared to some other transit systems, this one is relatively timely, fairly easy to track, friendly, cheap and CLEAN. The only thing is that Pullman construction can really mess things up during the summer, so prepare for that if that is something you're considering. For those who are waiting forever for their bus, USE THE TRACKER. That thing is a lifesaver.

when i used to ride it was reliable but is late every once and a while and when it Is late it is 10 to 30 mins late

The express routes are often a very fast way of traveling to and from campus. Busses can become too full to pick up passengers at peak times at stops nearer to campus, but this seems to be improving year after year as they add more express shuttles.
