I have been a customer for years. I had them hand make a custom wedding ring for my wife 23 years ago. It has been great and still looks great. I have had them fix a lot of watches I have bought over the years and never had a problem. I even took in my boss's watch in today for repair. If that doesn't say I have trust in them I don't know what does. Lose or mess up my boss's $3000 watch I probably don't have a job. But I'm not even worried!

My family loves Dana and Raymond. They have made custom pieces for me, for my sister, and most recently my son. With a picture of a ring, his girlfriend favored, and loose stones, my son went to see Dana and Raymond. After much discussion and planning they made a ring for him. On reveal/pick up day, we all went with my son to pick up the engagement ring. It was perfectly beautiful. When he asked his love to marry him and presented the ring, she said yes. My future daughter-in-law loves her ring. The ring is beautiful and is perfect for her. Personally I believe her ring is more beautiful than the picture of the inspiration piece. Thank you Dana and Raymond.

I had a couple of diamonds of my grandmothers who passed away. I took them in and Raymond and Dana discovered that they were not what my family said they were. So Dana and Raymond sent one of my grandmothers diamonds to Atlanta for testing at no charge to me. When we found out what my grandmothers diamonds were Dana educated me on the stones that I had. We put one of them in a white gold setting. I also had a diamond ring that was three rings saughtered together and they took them apart for me at a fraction of the cost other jewelers would charge. Dana and Raymond are honest and helpful. They will bend their backs to help someone in need. I 100% agree that I am a customer for life!

I love Dana and Raymond. Every time I've been there I've been greeted with friendly, helpful people who have always helped me. I had some loose diamonds and they created a beautiful ring for me. I wouldn't give my business to anyone else.

We love Griffin Jewelers! Especially the Twisted Steel I get all my Masonic rings there. Dana and her staff are always so helpful. I've bought my wife rings here . Its the only place we go for jewellery! Thanks y'all keep up the good work we'll be back!
