Five Stars! These guys were the best. After visiting several jewelry stores in the Buckhead area I was recommended to stop by IceBox Jewerly by MIT from Atlanta Gold Buyer @ 3455 Peachtree. Unfortunately MIT only buys diamonds & I had strap gold to sell. I was greeted by this beautiful lady named Juliana Gomez who put my jewels in a machine to come up with the value. She gave me & good offer & I made the deal. Easy Breezy! This jewelry store is definitely a great place to go if you seek customer service & inviting sales reps.

This was my first experience dealing with ‘Ice Box’. My first impression after walking through the door was definitely “WOW”! What a gorgeous store! I was greeted, very kindly, but just about every single person working in the store at that time. I dealt specifically with Paris and Rania. They were very informative, as well as honest, and I feel they do business with the utmost integrity. In all, it was a first class experience all the way. I also feel as though I walked away with not only beautiful quality jewelry, but also a couple new friends. I will most definitely come back and shop with them many more times in the future, as well as refer any of my trusted friends to them as well. When dealing with the staff at Icebox. I feel they have clearly established himself as the premier Jeweler in Atlanta. They are truly dedicated to satisfy your clients need no matter the request. I will definitely be back!

I was amazed at the prices here. My husband and I brought my wedding ring two month ago here. One of my diamonds fall out two weeks ago. I went back and they replace it free of charge. Unfortunate, two days later the same diamond fall out again. When I went back Ryan help me to decided to replace my top 4 diamonds with a solid 2k. So, I did. Ryan got me $1000 credit for the 4 small diamonds. After three days it was repaired and I was wearing my beautiful ring again. Only this time I couldn't believe the difference in my ring after replacing the top diamond with one solid piece. I am so happy now. Thank you Ice Box. And a special thanks to my friend Ryan.... I went into Icebox to buy some diamond earrings and was helped by Rania. She was super friendly and professional. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and understand what my taste is in jewelry. Her depth in knowing about diamonds and pieces was very impressive. She was helpful in showing me pieces that would be of my interest and she was patient with me in making my decision. I really had a good experience at Icebox with her good customer service and professionalism. I didn't feel like she was just trying to get me to make a purchase like many jeweler employees do.
