Brown & Co. did a wonderful job helping me to design a custom wedding ring for my wife. They listened to all of my requirements and helped me not only design a ring I (and she) loved, but one that stayed within my budget requirements. They follow up regularly to see how we are doing, and we take our jewelry there to have it cleaned as well. It's a great environment, very friendly and welcoming and not at all high-pressure. I enjoyed my first experience so much that I ended up buying another ring there for her birthday this year, and she purchased a watch for me there as well. Great business.

I had a fabulous experience with custom jewelry at Brown & Co.! I brought in a loose stone and some ideas and ended up with an exquisite piece of jewelry. Claudia is an exceptionally talented designer- she instinctively understood what I had in mind and gave me three excellent options - very artistic yet still extremely tasteful options. Lana also provided helpful suggestions on details when I was unsure of which direction to go in. I ended up with a stunning piece that everyone oohs and ahs over- no exaggeration. Even men have asked me where I got it - with their wives in mind. The workmanship was perfection and the service was extremely personal, professional, timely and fun. I would HIGHLY recommend Brown & Co. for custom and I would go to them again for another custom piece in a heartbeat.

Brown & Co has been our jewelers for over 20 years. We moved to Hilton Head 5 years ago, but still travel to Atlanta, for both our purchases and repair needs. Every employee shows personal service and we never feel rushed. Their selection and quality is the best anywhere. When in Buckhead, ask for Robb. He is extremely knowledgeable, never pushy, always patient, good with possible changes...and always ready for a good laugh. You can not go wrong.

I purchased a Rolex Sea Dweller from Brown & Company Jewelers. The watch was hard to find and would require a good bit of work to source due to the fact it is a stringently allocated piece. Mr. Robb McElwee Sales Associate at Brown & Co. went to great lengths to source the watch and kept in constant contact with me the entire time it took to locate. I could not be happier with the service and follow through with Robb and Brown & Co.. I would highly recommend this store and their wonderful sales staff to anyone. I will continue to do business with Brown & Co. and Mr. McElwee in particular for all of my jewelry needs. Five Stars without a doubt!
