Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs

I went in to get one of my favorite pieces of jewelry fixed that I've had since I was a child. A nice gentleman by the name of James swiftly greeted me and took the worry right off of my hands. He quoted me a reasonable price and completed the job within minutes!! He was also super nice and funny too! Definitely come here for ANY of your jewelry needs. He's the best out there

I have gone here for multiple pieces and couldn't be happier with their customer service, speed of work and overall quality. Everythime I leave I am thrilled with the work done and the price is more than fair. They can fix anything efficiently in time and price. I never write reviews but these guys really stand out in terms of having me walk away as a more than satisfied customer. James and Bobby work as a great team and run a very professional and we'll run shop.

I have been a repeat customer to this store for years for jewelry repair and cleaning, and they always do a great job! Today I picked up my grandfather's old watch that I had brought in for a repair, and it looks amazing (worth noting is that I trust leaving special/expensive pieces with these guys). They work quickly and at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this shop - talk to James too, if you can. He's hilarious!

Today is my 3rd visit to Fast Fix in the past 2 years and my experiences have been consistently enjoyable! James has a lot of personality and an equal amount of watch repair competence. He even remembered that the watch I brought in which was a 12 year old gift from a now-deceased relative for repair already had one of their lifetime batteries so it was a seamless transaction. I do wish there was a bit more selection here for jewelry so I could do more business with James but I fully intend to continue to be a repeat customer.

This shop has a great location in the Lenox Mall and it lives up to its name in fixing things really fast. I brought in 3 watches today, all with dead batteries that were all under their wonderful lifetime free replacement program -- this is not the first time I have gotten a free battery for each one of them -- and James was very welcoming and helpful as usual. He also immediately found the right watch band for one watch that needed a new one. He fixed them all very quickly while I shopped at Macy's which nearby. On other visits I have found the exact right size of chain for a locket and I intend to come back with a prized silver ring that got caught on something and bent out of shape.
