Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs

Extremely bad behaviour of the owner,tricky and bad customer service. I went there one time to resize my ring that he did nicely,second time I went there to clean my jewelries,he did but charged a lot of money.One of my wrist watch was totally fine he helped me to set up the time but later on he charged $10 for that.At first he said he would do it free because I gave him three diamond rings to polish. Very rude and bad manners

They swap out and steal diamonds here...don't trust them. PICTURES ON YELP IF YOU NEED A VISUAL... Went to have my engagement ring resized and prongs tightened because my fiancé had it made by a jeweler out of state, so I didn’t have a local jeweler and needed it back fast. The other places told me it would need to be sent off and returned in a week(wish I had done that now) because none of the stores had an actual jeweler on site, just sales people. But this place does have a jeweler on site so their turn around time was 3 days and I didn’t have to ship my ring off so I went with it. BAD DECISION on my part. My engagement ring center stone was replaced with a completely different one. After back and forth for 5 days of them telling me it wasn't they finally admitted it when I got the police and threatened to get attorneys involved. They were never able to give me my stone back and until I spoke to the CEO in florida thru email did I get a call from the local owner to write me a check to replace what they stole. The fact that this could have been a family heirloom and it is now gone is so disheartening. Horrible, dishonest people. Ownership told me they don't care about reviews which should tell you a lot about their business ethics and the carelessness of service they provide. DO NOT GO HERE.

I'm an ex worker there and if ya'll ever need repairs let me know!! Instead of going to this rude place!Me David I worked there repairing jewelry ..starting 02/5/17 and quit 03/30/18 because of a lot of irregular things. Me as the ex worker didn't like the actions of the owner.( Felipe Mayorga) treating me with no respect and being racist to clients!And he also was selling pieces of silver that where actually cooper! As the worker I told him that it was not right. And Felipe the owner didn't care he said he just wanted to sell the pieces.And that's one of the other reasons why I quit. And I hope that the corporate of the business do something about this because that man is doing a lot of tricks! And also he played me instead of giving me the w2 form as his worker he gave me the 1099 and ended up paying tax! Thanks! For making my work experience a lesson to learn ! If anyone needs a repair please contact me! It'll be an honor to help!

Don't waste your time or money here. Dropped a watch on Monday and was told I would be called Tuesday with an estimate. NO call back. Went in person Friday and it hadn't been touched. Manager I guess called the jeweler and sent him a picture. Was told it would be 125.00. Took the watch to Jewelry Dr. On Atlanta rd for a 25.00 1 hour fix. Stay away from fast fix. Its a kiosk franchise owned by rude and incompetent people.
