These are hard working and honest people who have an offer excellent customer service ethic. You get near instant service and the Jeweler is onsite. They have a great collection of jewelry and many nice watches. No hard sell, no games, no funny stuff, very knowledgeable and experience lady that works the front, she knows her watches and jewelry and both her and the Jeweler are kind people. I will buy there again, nice rings that caught my eye.

Terrible experience Took $30.00 at town center mall to fix a watch strap Did a shabby job Went back to get it fixed, and they said they would have to charge me again another $20.00 for something they did not do right the first time around. Rude and terrible customer service They said ‘we should have charged you more, because you have an expensive watch!!!’

The guy who worked there was so rude, and he tried to tax me so much for a watch battery I ended up going upstairs and they fixed my watch for half the price.

I Had my hair loom family ring Recoated with white gold here. They cleaned and shined the ring as well. It looked flawless. They gave that precious ring a second chance!! Definitely Worth the drive from alpharetta.
