I never write reviews but I'm very pleased with the service my fiance and I got. I took my ring to get it resized after being turned away from Jared across the street. Not only did he resize it, he tightened the stones and I had my ring back within half an hour. Thank you!

Fabulous workmanship, professionalism and a fair price. Had two rings sized up 6 sizes that other jewelers couldn't do. Oleg was a pleasure to talk to and we will most definitely be returning.

Three weeks ago I stopped into 3:16 Jewelry with a friend who need a repair done on her watch, while waiting I struck up a conversation with Oleg about the name of his company…what an outstanding story “To God be the Glory”. I then showed him my tattoo and asked if he can make it into a pendant, he advised me yes. Being a little skeptical I told Oleg I will think about it and get back to him. The next day I returned to his store and paid him to begin making my pendant. Three weeks later and to my surprise he create a “beautiful master piece”. I am very pleased with the finish product it looks just like my tattoo. 3:16 Jewelry takes pride in what they make, all done in a professional and courtesy manner, if anyone is look for a custom piece to be made, please give Oleg the opportunity his prices are excellent. Oleg has renewed my hope that REAL customer-focused service still exists! He made a custom charm for my bracelet using my gold, my diamond and my antique Greek coin. I provided a picture of the type of charm I wanted and he was incredibly meticulous and focused on ensuring the charm was perfect and exactly what I requested. His pricing was extremely fair for the work he performed. I was so pleased with the end result and will certainly go back to see Oleg when I have ANY other custom jewelry need - thank you for your excellent service!

Great people, went today for a Nato strap for my watch and they were extremely friendly and helpful, amazing customer service. Highly Recommended, will definitely be back.
