Over priced and doesn't guarentee work under 30 days even! I paid for screw backs to be placed on a pair of child earrings. Unfortunately, one of the earrings did not secure properly and needed a new post. The owner argued me down that nothing was wrong with the post, even when I brought both earrings back in. He insisted that he would order another post after arguing with me for 10 mins. When I came back a week later, he told me that didn't order the post because nothing was wrong. I WILL NEVER do business here again! I purchase and wear fine jewelry frequently. I guess beware of a watchmen calling himself a jeweler!

I never went here but I am guessing they do a great job with jewelry repair because it is always packed with people when I pass by.

Dan was extremely helpful with my watch repair. I needed my watch face replaced, which was done in a quick manner. Upon return of my watch, I was informed that it has also been buffed, removing the years of wear it has been subjected to. I am beyond pleased with their service.
