Rafi is amazing! I came in to have the bracelet strap of my watch adjusted, and he quickly took care of me. I expected it to take 15 minutes, but I was in and out in 5 -- no joke! I couldn't believe how quickly and professionally he was able to help assist me, ensuring the perfect fit by even going back to re-adjust it as needed. Not to mention, the services are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend coming here, especially if you're in the area.

Overall, a disappointing experience. I had to make THREE separate trips to the store because the shop owner was consistently closed during his listed business hours. Sure, my watch seems to work fine now, but something still looks and feels a little wonky. Did I get ripped off for the minimal repair my watch needed? Kind of feels like it, considering I know nothing about watch repair and the store didn't do anything to reassure me that this was a good price or service. Not a bad option given the limited jewelry repair options in the area, but not enough to get me to come back.

Rafi is a great jewelry repair specialist. He Does good quality repairs, good customer service, and he also finishes repairs in a timely manner.

Great experience with Rafi and Sunshine Jewelry. I don't know very much about jewelry, and Rafi was very helpful. He helped me decide on a ring, and he made it himself. It was exactly what I wanted at a really good price. Rafi's incredibly talented and a great guy. I highly recommend Sunshine Jewelry. I've bought my engagement ring and wedding rings from Sunshine Jewelry. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
