Gunderburger -Irish Shanti

This place is a must stop if you're in the area. All of the food is great, but they're famous for their Gunderburger. It's a 22oz burger - huge. It's seasoned well and extremely good. Just the regular burgers are big and good too, if you're not up to the big one. Good beer choices and good service.

As always for me, a go to place, if you are within 50 miles make it part of your destination/journey. The detour won't disappoint. Amazing food for the price, good selection of craft beer. Friendly, courteous and attentive staff. HUGE cooked to order burgers, great menu. My only complaint is that the potato salad could be a little bit creamer with more egg. If northeast Iowa is in your area, go there !

The restaurant is deceiving from outside. The atmosphere inside is very cozy. The onion rings coupled with homemade ranch were the most perfect onion rings I've eaten anywhere. I got a half pound mushroom and Swiss burger. I think for how big it is, it needs more Swiss cheese. I'm sure they would have added more had I known to ask. Even the fries were delicious. The staff was friendly. I'm looking forward to my next meal there!

Always great food and fun for the whole family great brews and Huge Burgers you cant beat the taste, love this place a must try and eat at anytime your around the area.

Best burger I've ever had. Staff was helpful and the owner was very friendly. Great experience and definitely worth the price.
