H-E-B Grocery

New, large, clean and an absolute joy to shop compared to the tiny old and dirty store we are stuck with in Lufkin, Texas. The store has fuel and car wash on property. Personnel were all friendly and helpful. It's approximately 4 miles from Highway 59/69 but well worth the drive. Excellent meat and produce.

This really is the best grocery store in Lufkin. Staff is super helpful and will always ask to help you out with groceries. They’re also very family friendly- they have a special kid-dollar machine and stickers for the kids when we’re checking out.

It was a great visit. In and out. Lots of registers open. The only thing Is that the computer they use for westorn union froze up so I had to find another westorn union location

Has good, fresh variety of produce. Meat department has good cuts of meat. They usually have pretty good sales going on thru out the store. Best times to go are early in the morning or late at night so they aren’t so busy!

The prices are good and the staff helpful and friendly. But this store is way too small for the business that it does. Very crowded. They need a larger store in general.
