Good selection of previously frozen seafood and frozen seafood--not much fresh seafood. Good selection of beef, pork & chicken. The Prime I beef is definitely worth the extra price when they have it. Much more tender & flavorable than select or choice grade. Worth a treat now and then. Excellent produce and frozen foods-especially premier frozen vegetables. Cannot find these anywhere else. Fast checkouts. Unique & exclusive food finds throughout store.

I'm always finding a special or a bargain at HEB. Thanks for such nice cashiers and the sample product person who is always willing to give just one more sample. Keep up the good work. I know what you do for the community. THANKS!!!😘 AK

Great meat department and seafood, one of the best for a chain store. And tons of produce and good pricing on just about everything. Meat specials all the time. Just have to have my HEB time.

5 stars for excellent customer service, quick checkout lines and clearance items. I would have given 4 stars only on the fact that they don't carry multiple varieties of some shelf-stable items, but most products are there with at least 2-3 different options.

3 stars because I hate having to bag my own groceries while staff makes small talk and stands around. The evening crew is way friendlier and it's way more chill. Deli, meat, and bakery departments are are staffed with friendly people. One guy showed me where a specialty item was across the store AFTER he was already clocked out, that's unnecessarily great customer service. And that's why I continue to shop there.
