I love HEB! The reason for only 4 stars is this HEB is in desperate need of an upgrade. I have been in this town 20+ years and it's always been the same store. (Well except when they had the movie selection.) HEB usually offers a wide variety of all types of food with a deli, bakery, sushi, homemade tortillas, and other items. This HEB however offers none of these things. The store is very old and grungy with a poor selection of items. You couldn't ask for better costumer service, or prices though. I think they're long overdue for an upgrade!!

I just wish the place was bigger... A lot bigger. All the HEB brand stuff is good, I just wish they had more of it.

We love HEB, but the Livingston store is so unorganised. Similar products are on too many different aisles. Shopping is not easy, aisles are too short. The store is so outdated. Employees try hard to keep clean but because of age it is almost impossible. I think the store was built in early 1970s. We have been hearing rumors for years that HEB was going to build a new store in Livingston. It is long overdue. Please HEB do something, our only other options are high priced Brookshire bros it uncaring Walmart.

It's a very small HEB but I like that I know where EVERYTHING I need is located! Would be nice to have a little more though.

Nice store, but the isles are too narrow. If this store were larger, I would rate it 5 stars. Selection of items is somewhat limited. Friendly staff though.
