H-E-B plus!

This store has everything to food to monster truck toys! Everything is organized and easy to find because of the signs above them. They also have a convenient McDonalds right next to them! There is other parts of the store that make it even more special. For example they have a doctor's office that does flu shots and check ups. There is a beauty salon that does temporary tattoos, brows and more! It also includes a lottery ticket machine, a Buddy Bucks machine for your kids, and a claw machine. It also has a place to get fishing licences and even hunting licences!

A great deal of time and effort seems to go into the training of employees to accommodate customers. Nice how they offer freebies for lucky customers randomly to try in-store brands. 5 stars when training also focuses on packing groceries with some sense of like items together, distribution of heavy goods, and NOT opening my lipstick and looking at it closely to check out the color without my consent. Not cool. All in all, the services are above par and the community is enriched by it. Additionally, be sure to check out the Texas magazine for all of the great ideas and timely recipes.

Great shopping experience, as always. And they finally got HEB brand pretzel sticks back in after several months. So good! Updated 5-18-18: What's going on HEB? New pretzels sodium content went from around 90 to 380mg per serving. Inedible for most people. The HEB brand fully cooked burgers, a staple of my diet, have been missing for two weeks now. So I get to eat turkey patties, which will probably be gone next week. The 2 litre club sodas, that I go through 6 of per week, are no longer where they've always been. So I guess they've been deleted as well. I'm seriously considering firing you HEB. You guys used to be the best, what happened?

Great store. Not carrying items I buy a lot. They are changing their grocery line. I miss the large cans of AZ sweet tea. The pharmacy is great. Got my meds filled in short time. The lady actually found a discount for one of my high priced meds. She took the time to really help me. Spring branch is the best HEB store in the system.

I love this HEB. They have everything... awesome health care and holistic care options. Fresh ground peanut butter is amazing. The workers are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what they are selling. The store is always clean and well organized. Aisles are spaced out and not over crowded. Oh, and the carts have drink holders and a little place for your phone.
