Wide aisles, plenty of open registers, over-the-top customer service and, literally 100s of locations catering to the needs of each community. One more thing...prices, considering value and quality, are very comfortable You also do not need to buy more than you need to get a price makes sense. Note: HEB sponsors virtually every community event and charitable cause.

Steve in the preparing food section was so kind , im an amputee amd he treated me with such kindness and very helpful Honestly, he is the reason we will go back. The girl in the floral department made me feel like i was invisible then just cold as ice reception. Mr.Steve he made my day and ive had one tough day Thank you Mr. Steve for such outstanding customer service and a fun time too!!

HEB makes it impossible to have an outside delivery service pick up an order. HEB’s own delivery service doesn’t operate on weekends or holidays. I discovered this at the beginning of a three-day weekend. My parents are 97, have been for over 30 years. Unwilling to make an exception. Completely unacceptable.

I highly recommend Sarah and Madeleine from H-E-B Bloom Shop. I was searching all over for this one votive candle holder for the holidays. Sarah was more than helpful and reached out to the surrounding stores to get inventory. Not only did she find all 7 for me but also had them shipped to the store and called within that week to let me know they were in! It is always refreshing when you find a company with great customer service! Thank you again for all your help!
