Disappointed... ordered online 2 dz graduation cookies... frosting is barely slapped on. Couldn't travel with a cake or I would've ordered one. Next time I will make my own. However, I have had great experience with floral dept. Someone is always available to make my bouquet special. so much better than Kyle location. ***Update- originally gave 2 star based on looks only but having tasted the cookies, updating to 4 star. Hopefully guests will not notice imperfections and just enjoy the taste!

My main place for groceries and usually we'll stocked unless it is a great sale like maybe Cokes, Dr. Pepper or Pepsi. Parking can be a bit of an issue especially since they selected a good number of up close lots for curbside. I personally think they set aside too many based on all the empty places when l go but hey, maybe it is just going to take a little longer to catch on. This store is too small for the current population and I hear another larger one is being planned.

I dread grocery shopping! With a 5 month old in a carrier and a wild 7 year old it’s not very easy. When I check out each time someone rushes to my basket to help me unload on the belt, some times they don’t even ask they just acknowledge I’ll need the help. On my first trip with a newborn, I declined help to unload on the belt being prideful. One girl insisted! Later she asked if I needed help to my car I said no, yet again she insisted and she was really the biggest blessing! I wish I remembered her name! Thanks for going the extra mile. Excellent customer service

This HEB has a very wide variety of a lot of different things. Everything is fresh and entire store is clean. Great customer service and checkout is quick. They also have a self checkout area. Great prices and I'm very satisfied overall.

You can never get in and out as quick as you wish. They hire so much people but we always end up having to bag our own groceries.. We arent supposed to. But all in all the employees always greet you and smile. 😃 great hospitality
