Lots of variety and kind employees ready to help you get something going or give you recommendations. If you buy HEB brand sodas they are really cheap and just as good and/or better than name brand. nice large pharmacy area. Store has maps placed on poles that show you all the locations of the items the store has and everything is layer out nicely.

Big grocery store chain can't stock up on my favorites. Plus sometimes have to bag my own groceries. Plus tellers are too much in a hurry that they charge wrong, especially on the fruit and veggies. Plus they forget to use the coupons provided. Home by the time I notice. Can't believe there isn't a competitive chain in the area. I still can't find my favorite products. This store has a hard time keeping things in stock.

Grocery stores have food and we all know I loves me some food. Aisles upon aisles of delicious, first world economy, grocery items. In a land of freedom, plenty and abundance, sits this gem of a store. Nestled on the edge of the city and the hill country, this sprawling, large acreage, mixed use facility provides the surrounding community and beyond its groceries. Great for kids, teens, adults, and even the elderly. If you can't find what you're looking for here, there's a good chance it doesn't exist on earth.

Awesome selection. Lots of unique items. Gets very busy on weekends. Amount of aisles and items can seem overwhelming. I recommend going in with a list and plan! Great samples and tastings on weekends. Also regularly has cooking clinics and great specials and meal deals. Outdoor section is nice and has good selection of plants and decorations.

This HEB is one of the best here in San Antonio. The employees are always friendly and available nearby if you have questions about finding an item. The store is always clean and stocked up even after a Sunday afternoon rush. I will continue to come to this HEB for as long as I live in San Antonio.
