H-E-B Grocery

The HEB, pharmacy people, are , very friendly and helpful.They all get five stars from, me ! They've become like friends to me. Many food items, that, I had been buying for years, seem, to, have been discontinued, so, I'm, not crazy, about, Heb's variety and selection ; in fact, I think it stinks , and. I, often, have, to go, across the street to Walmart to find what I want. The Heb, parking lot, seems, to be, laid out, in, a way, that's not easy to navigate. Lanes seem a bit too narrow, at times, for two cars, to comfortably pass each other, especially when a bunch of long pickups have their rear ends sticking out from the short parking spots,into the lanes. It can be very difficult to find a parking space at peek hours. Entering, and exiting, this,HEB parking lot, from, Market St. can be, a, long, challenging and potentially dangerous process,at, heavy traffic hours,especially , for people trying to make left turns! I fear that some will be several injured or even killed here! I think,it would be extremely beneficial for all, to have, a, four way, traffic light, here! If,not, for, the, great people, in the pharmacy and the cheapest prices, that, I know about, I would, not, shop, at, this, Heb, at all !

It's such a great grocery store. Every employee I have encountered has been extremely freindly and very helpful. The selection of meats for BBQ is fantastic and the general selection of food is very good too. It's everything you could ask for in a middle price range grocery store.

Visited 5/11/18. Asked for assistance with the lady stocking in the isle in front of the pharmacy.She was non caring and rude. Second younger lady was very nice and helpful. It is employees like her make it worth while shopping at this HEB.

Love HEB, they have nice in store coupons, but to many empty shelves especially around the weekend and they replace to many brand name items with there own brand, this makes me shop at other stores like Walmart to get the brand name items because you can taste the difference.

HEB is no frills, but the selection and prices are great. And if there's something that you don't see but want, they are very accommodating about ordering it for you. The store brand is as good or better than national brands and save money. I have lived in 5 other states across the country, and HEB is my favorite grocery store.
