Awesome staff. Not only was the care of my fiancee wonderful, they also took the time to explain the images from the x-ray's to my children(which they weren't very busy.)and answered all questions we had. The Doctor even called me out to his computer to show and explain to me what was going on so we weren't interrupted by the kids. Even when we were their and it was busy they were still fast.

Terrible terrible terrible. After getting my 4 year old son admitted we sat for 2 hours while the doctors decided that telling the nurses jokes was more important then seeing my son.

The medical care (especially in the ER) was great, and so were the people. Once I got admitted though, all of that ended and they made the person who was with me spend almost 2 full days sitting in a waiting room chair for no reason whatsoever. So if you need medical attention, it's a good place, but don't expect to be treated decently afterwards. Also don't expect any type of follow-up call or care.

BEWARE of going here!! The manager in housekeeping completely ignored complaints about the oxicide cleaning products the cleaning staff is forced to use. Regardless to allergic reactions, and patients and staff with asthma. When approached he dealt with the situation by being sarcastic.please use cation going to this hospital for care if you have asthma or allergies.

I guess it was ok. I was there 5 days. The care for the wound I went in there for, got attention once a a day. Whichever nurse admitted me decided that my pulmonogist was wrong and lowed my O2 intake by 50%. I objected to no avail. They brought in a man to do physical therepy. He could quickly see that my problem was running out of air with activity. The head nurse said I was refusing it. I had an IV infiltrate with a bag of med. I pointed it out, they said it was ok. Next bag of med it did it again with a different nurse and she did have to find another vein.' I needed my walker and assistance to walk when I went in. After about 4 days I could go alone with my walker. .. Once or twice someone had moved it out of my reach so I hung onto wall, sink and furninture and went anyway. On day 5 the socoal worker came in and said my insurance ended that day and I could stay and finish the IVs but I would be responsiblle for the bill. I asked about Medicaid. She said I didn't meet their criteria.
They knew I needed to go into a nursing home and I told them I was wanting to go. They said I didn't qualify for that. I had to go home, where I live in a house all alone, not able to cook or bathe or walk..They sent a Home Health Nnurse to my home. She said in her notes it said I had refused to go to a nnursing home.
