War Memorial Hospital

I think this is one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. They left me lay strapped to a backboard for hours after a car accident. I was in so much pain and begged them to undo the straps so I could get up. They refused and continued to say I could get up soon. "Soon" came 4 hours later which made my body hurt even worse. Every experience I have had with this hospital has been awful. I would NOT recommend this hospital.

I go to the hospital for appts, blood tests and diagnostics, had a health class there. I think the hospital is wonderful and the staff have been nothing but pleasant and helpful to me. I always get seen pretty quick too. On a side note, The cafeteria is a bargain!

Don't let the 1 star confuse you. I love the hospital. I think all but one of your emergency room doctors are good doctors. I promise you if I ever come here again I will be calling ahead to see what doctoris on duty. If its doctor Baylor I will go to another hospital I can promise you that. She is absolutely horrible and f**king lazy and worthless. I brought my daughter in. I even knew what was wrong with my daughter and what she needed. That worthless b**ch spent all of 1 minute looking at my daughter. Tells me I'm wrong gets smart and snobby with me and sends us on our way. I took her to her regular doctor during the normal hours. Guess what I was right and the real doctor Pam Quarintillo took excellent care of my daughter and got her fixed right up. Don't be surprised when someone files a lawsuit on that doctor Baylor you have in your emergency dept. Had I listened to her things could have ended a lot worse for my daughter. I will be contacting the hospital to complain. I would have taken my daughter to doctor Pam but I had to work during her office hours. Figured the hospital could handle this seeing how I've never had a problem with any other doctor there till now. Very upset and disappointed.

I went there twice in one week - once for my father-in-law and the other time for my daughter. Both times, they were very helpful and very professional. I had absolutely no problems and their bedside manner was spectacular. The bad reviews are just nit-picky people who aren't happy with their own lives.

Real nasty and rude refused to see my mother cuz we we're 15 mins late and wasnt nice about it what a way to upgrade huh thanks for the hour drive to be rude and refused to be seen
