Happy Dog Hotel & Spa

I had brought my dogs in for an overnight boarding with very specific instructions for using their harnesses and not the the leashes with collars the spa uses because my oldest dog has a trach issue and that is harmful for him. They assured me that would not be a problem. When they brought the dogs out to me they were both on their leashes and not using the harnesses I asked them to use. When I told them about it they just said sorry and did not offer any other concern. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Every time I take my dogs to Happg Dog Hotel and Spa we are greeted with a smile and by name. The staff is kind and patient with all of the dogs and I never question that my dogs are being taken care of! I highly recommend Happy Dog Hotel and Spa for doggie daycare, boarding, and grooming !

wonderful doggie daycare and staff.. took our 1 yr old german shep puppy Belle here twice and we were blown away by the customer service and kindness of all of the employees. Our dog is learning how to play and can be quite the pain in the butt because she plays rough and needs redirection, they worked with her and were so easy to talk to . i love how they work with our dog !
