PetSuites Pet Resort & Spa

After a string of issues with our pets staying here we wont be coming back unfortunately. Each time we have brought our pets home from boarding at least one of them has come back with in issue. Our cat; eye infection, upper respiratory infection and vomiting (these all occurred on separate visits after a week+ boarding (last stay he didn't have any issues thought which was good). Our dog never had any issues until the last visit when she was visibly scared and shaking when we dropped her off. She is a very outgoing dog, super confident, displays alpha female tendencies, very sociable with dogs and people so this was very concerning as I had never seen her behave in this manner before but she clearly didn't want to be here. When we went to pick her up a week later they said that she was super dirty and had poo all over her and that we should come back to get her after they wash her - what the hell?!? Even when we brought her home we had to give her another bath because she still smelt bad. Its hard to imagine what happened here. We shouldn't have all these issues with our pets when we bring them home and these issues have occurred more often than not so because of that we wont be coming back. They get the 2nd star because their prices cannot be beaten but you get what you pay for i guess. On a side note (this isn't just for PetSuites but most dog boarding places) What the hell is it with paying extra for exercise time??? This blows my mind. So if we don't pay extra the dogs have to stay in a confined space all day??? Dogs at the humane society get better treatment than that. As if we don't pay enough for boarding our animals we have to pay even more to ensure they get let out to socialize and play - Unbelievable!!

As a former employee, I implore you PLEASE look elsewhere for boarding your dog. I worked at PetSuites for around 5 months, and the turn over rate is horrible. The managers treat the employees horribly, never in my working career have I been treated as such. They also clean everything with BLEACH. There's a whole shelf dedicated to bottles and bottles of BLEACH. Most boarding / daycare places use a disinfectant and sanitizer, nope , not PetSuites. Just straight bleach, in there rooms, outside, all over the floors, everywhere. Imagine if the employees have issues getting in their eyes, and breathing that in, HOW YOUR DOGS WILL FEEL? Half the time, they would end group plays early, just so they could get other things done. As a dog lover myself, please find somewhere else to take your dog, somewhere that's not bleach infested, and where the employees aren't treated so badly.

I have been bringing my two dogs to PetSuites for a couple years now. The pups are always greeted by name upon walking in the door and the dogs couldn’t be happier to see the staff! Their facility is beyond clean (which seemed to be the issue with some of the neighboring boarding/daycare facilities). I couldn’t think of a better place for my dogs to be spending their days while I’m away. Love these guys!

Our dog, Ali has attended PetSuites in Fishers for almost 6 years. She has participated in the daycare, grooming and boarding. She started as a pup to burn off energy and socialization with other pets. We have been very pleased with all the services provided for her. This past week, while on vacation, we boarded her. Midweek she had a health issue with her foot that required a trip to the vets office. Not a surprise to us with all of Ali's quirkiness, but as expected, we were concerned. The communication was immediate with complete details and follow up from Pam. This could not have been handled any more professionally and allowed us the comfort to complete our trip without further worry. She is in good hands with the staff.

I recently discovered PetSuites and I am so glad I did! I took my pup to the daycare and the first day is totally free! They were able to find a spot for us, very short-noticed and during spring break season. When i picked up my pup he was very happy and tired!! They also gave me his report card and told me he was a good boy. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Totally coming back!
