Very professional and they want your dress to be perfect for your special day.  Both my daughters' have used them for their weddings.

When I scheduled the appointment to go and try on bridal gowns, I wrote down my time and date along with all my other appointments - I know for certain that I wrote down the time they said on the phone. When I arrived with my bridesmaid and her daughter, my grandmother and my mom at the time I scheduled with them, they greeted me and said "we had you scheduled earlier today (two hours before my scheduled time), so there aren't any fitting rooms, but you can look around." I wouldn't have scheduled a time in the middle of the day because I and my guests work. The hostess also said they emailed me a confirmation, but I hadn't received any email from them. I searched my mail and couldn't find a single email from them. I'm honestly not all that upset now, though, because we looked around and I didn't find anything I hadn't seen at other stores that were much sweeter, more professional, and more affordable.

Horrible service!  My mother purchased her mother of the bride dress and they measured her incorrectly, so they ordered her the incorrect size.  The woman at the store assured my mother that the smaller size is the way the dress should fit after the dress came in.  The store would not honor that they ordered the wrong size since it was a special order and did nothing for my mom.  We ended up having to buy a whole new dress as the alterations to take out the dress were more then a new one.  I would NOT recommend shopping here.

While the store is small and cramped, the staff is unbelievably great.  They went above and beyond on helping me pick out a tux for myself and groomsmen.  We had an out of town wedding and they personally called the dealers out of town to ensure everything went smoothly for us.  I highly recommend this place.
