I was honestly considering making an appointment here .. until I read the faq  ... I'm normal sample size  as I wear an 8 but to say they won't accommodate plus size bride's.. just got to me .. bad bad business .. btw most of the bride's on wedding wire have been plus size so your missing out on a huge market

I had a such great experience here I had to write a review. You have the whole shop to yourself and Ashley was so friendly and patient. She was super knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. They have a wide variety of styles and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely make this a stop for your wedding dress search!

The staff and dress selection at Philadelphia Bridal Loft were amazing. I did some research on designers I liked and found the PBC Bridal Loft carried some of them. The first dress I tried on was a hit! The second dress I tried on was even better but needed something. They informed me I could use the belt from one on to the other (they were the same brand name dress). I wouldn't have known to do that. They also understood our budget and stuck with it. The quaint little store had exactly what I wanted and they worked with my needs. I felt like such a beautiful bride on our wedding day - Thank you!!

my daughter found a great dress there i thought the price was reasonable but at the fitting some of the folds were not creased so they offered to steam it.  we came back the entire middle of the dress had become wilted. What I was most upset with is the lack of professionalism from Deb.  instead of offering how to fix it or some suggestions , she told us on 2 occasions that we should not have worried about the other folds this would not have happened.  Their seamstress did try to iron the dress on my daughter and then tack the folds but once material losses its body it doesn't come back.   Deb question to us was what do you want me to do about it. ( again you are the expert not us).  We ended up taking  belt from another dress and having it sewed onto my daughters dress to cover the wilted fabric.   Deb then proceeded to try and charge me for the belt.   I understand that things happen but as a professional in a business when mistakes happen you fix them or come up with alternative solutions, your goal should be that every bride that walks out this door is 100% happy with their dress.   My daughter ended up with a dress not exactly what she wanted.
