The shop is very small. They carried beautiful gowns, but their selection was minimal; Maybe 50 dresses to chose from and none under $1,000 or size 10. 
I typically wear a size 16 dress & nothing the consultant pulled for me closed in the back. Once I did find one I liked, I was told I would need to lose 30lbs to fit into it. For my first experience going bridal shopping- this place made it a terrible one.
The consultant was professional but did NOT make me feel beautiful as all brides should.

Not many choices on bridesmaid dresses and too pricey.  Found a nicer dress, at another shop that was cheaper. And the staff wasn’t friendly, they acted like it was Inconvenience that we came in.

I bought my wedding dress here as well as my bridesmaid's dresses. I was having my wedding in England and so had to work trying on/ordering/fitting/delivery around the times that I was home in the US and when I would be traveling back to the UK. Elizabeth and her seamstress were extremely helpful and made sure that my dress was ready to go back to the UK with me even though I only had two weeks between the fitting and leaving again!

All of the staff were really, really, nice and really helpful all of the way through. I brought back three separate groups of people to see me try on my dress to make sure I had picked the right one and the staff were happy for me and my friends to come and have a play with the dresses! I also felt like they genuinely cared about me personally and my wedding day, and they understood how important and special everything was to me!

Overall I only have good things to say about my experience with Sweethearts! I have since recommended them to friends and will continue to recommend them!
