Lilla's is completely amazing to work with. I was looking for a very specific color for my bridesmaids dresses, and they worked with me and helped me look through color pallets to find exactly what I was looking for. They even went out of their way to help me find the style that worked best as well. We had a wonderful experience from walking in, to bringing my bridesmaids in to try on dresses and get measured, through the ordering process. They make you feel important and valued as a customer, and like you and your special day really matter. The owner, Dianna, was also great and worked with us directly throughout the process. I had the pleasure of ordering my wedding dress here and dealing with the ladies who work here. Karen was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience went smoothly. All of the ladies who I interacted with, for both visits, were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice and refreshing to be treated like a regular person instead of just a customer. The care, advice, and patience of the ladies here was greatly appreciated! I would recommend going during the week so that the place is less crowded and you have a nice personal experience. I'm sure the ladies are wonderful any day of the week, but it was nice to know that Karen could help me out without worrying about other guests.

This Bridal shop is gorgeous! It has large dressing rooms with huge mirrors, chandeliers, and seating for your guests. The dress selection is amazing, they carry breath taking gowns with beautiful beading. I visited quite a few places before stopping here and I'm telling you, you haven't seen an amazing gown until you've looked around their Boutique. If you want an upscale Bridal experience this is place to go! The staff members are amazing as well, they clip your dress so it fits properly, fluff your train and spread it perfectly across the floor, and offer a hand mirror to view the back of your gown. The women working here really make you feel special, I highly recommend Lilla's.

From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly. I went in semi picky due to previously finding the perfect dress elsewhere then they closed down. I never thought I'd fall in love with another dress. My consultant was very helpful and never was pushy or irritated when I kept handing dresses back. My family pulled a dress that they all agreed they wanted to see me in, and that was it. I walked out so happy with the dress and then to see their faces light up especially my mother was the most amazing thing in the world. I almost had everyone crying. Once the tears came I knew I found my dress. I couldn't thank Karen enough. I highly recommend lillas to everyone.

To whom it may concern, I just wanted to pass along some kudos to your staff! I was a walk in on Saturday for a maid of honor dress. I knew it could be crazy as I have visited other boutiques as well, and not having an appointment along with homecoming, I was taking some chances. Much to my surprise your staff Karen Simon, did an amazing job with her attention and helpfulness to my needs. I was so impressed with all her kindness and patience, especially since I did not have an appointment. I ended up finding what I needed and ordered. One thing checked off the list and was very excited with my “find”. (I had the luxury of being able to buy whatever dress, wherever) I have some history here, as I am 44 years old, and had gotten my own prom dress there when I was 16! I brought my own daughter for here prom dress as well and now I am so grateful I was able to have the same experiences I have had over the years. What a fabulous staff, particularly Karen, as well as your seamstress. Please give Karen the praise she is due and thank you again for top quality service! I am excited to complete my business with you! Amy
