Full disclosure: I am a bridal stylist at a different salon. When you arrive for your appointment, they have you fill out a profile sheet with your wedding information. We're still in the early stages of planning so we haven't picked an exact date or venue yet. My stylist did not seem very impressed by this. After filling out the form, she showed me and my fiance around the various showrooms while we waited for my friends and family to arrive. The showrooms were a little tricky to navigate and it would've been nice if the names of the designers had been on the walls or something, so you could remember which rooms you'd already looked in. The dresses are very pretty and not very expensive (I think the highest is around $2,500?) but the downside is that they only carry one sample of each dress. You can only try on whatever size they happen to have. This makes things very difficult when you're a size 2 but almost all the samples are between sizes 10-14. She was able to clip the dresses around me so I could get an idea, but it's still really hard to picture what they would look like in my size since there's a significant amount of extra fabric. The lack of sizes to try on is just something to keep in mind. Also, if you're more full-figured, I think they only had one rack of plus-size dresses - just something else to consider. Another thing to know - you dress and undress in the same room as the people you bring with you. I was wearing leggings and a corset bra they provided, so I was fairly covered, but I would've preferred to change more privately. Especially because the stylist took my bra off me so many times so we could properly see a dress. Again, not an ideal situation for me, but I didn't really see a way around it. I didn't ask if we could do it a different way, so I'm not sure how they would accommodate brides who definitely don't want to change in front of others. Just another thing to consider so you're not surprised when you get there. My main issues are with the stylist I had. She didn't ask me any questions about my vision for my dress or try to get to know me or the people I brought with me. She was pretty brusque. I felt very much like a little doll for her to dress and undress as she wanted, so I didn't like that. I tried to help her put me in one of the dresses once but that was a mistake. She literally told me "You are not in charge." I think she meant it sort of jokingly, but she also definitely seemed to want me to just stand there and be compliant. She said a couple other things throughout the appointment that didn't sit well with me or my party. As I said, I'm also a bridal stylist somewhere else, and her approach was just very different from how I approach brides in my appointments. She's not the only stylist, so you may have a better experience than I did! All in all, not the best experience, but not the worst. I might go back for a headpiece I really liked, but I know I won't be buying my dress there. I know this review is huge, but I hope it's useful for someone.

Found a beautiful dress that fits like a glove. I'm 5'8" and it doesn't need any alterations. They only have one of each dress so you're guaranteed to have a dress unique from everyone else.

My fiancé went in there today looking for a dress. The lady who helped her was very negative and seemed relieved when my fiancé said she was leaving. Apparently she didn’t fit the criteria bride they are used to servicing. Extremely unprofessional and disheartening from a customer service standpoint.

Taylor and her team are amazing, and this is coming from a curvy bride who was on a tight budget!! She helped me find the perfect dress, made amazing recommendations for alterations and was professional and kind every single step of the way! I ended up getting a Mother's dress for my out-of-state MIL and Taylor and her staff were amazingly helpful when it came to ordering and measurements and such. I also got all 5 of my mismatched bridesmaid dresses and, again, it was easy for all of my out-of-state girls to call and order via phone and even email. Taylor and her team made me and all of my ladies look like a million bucks, and I cannot recommend them enough! Professional and knowledgeable staff, an amazing collection of dresses to choose from in so many different sample sizes, and a wonderfully renovated store are waiting for you! Had the best experience! Great selection of dresses. Found exactly what I was looking for. Taylor was very helpful and did a beautiful job alternating my dress! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bridal gown or bridesmaid dresses.
