Beautiful bridal shop with lovely and very helpful consultants that truly listen to your wishes! I needed to find a wedding dress on a very short notice for my destination wedding. Not only did Jenn find me my absolute dream dress that fitted the theme of the wedding and my personal style, she also gave me great advise on the right accessories and shoes. The entire team did everything to have the dress altered, steamed and ready to take on the plane on time! Thank you, Special Moments for your excellent customer service!

The experience my sister(the bride), the bridesmaids, and myself experienced would be best described as uncomfortable. I know there are two sides to every story so here is ours. Yes, we had a small child with us and that would be cause for concern to ensure the child does not break or ruin anything but to watch our party like we were about to rob the place at any moment was extremely uncomfortable. My sister in laws little girl is high energy but she knows right from wrong. She knew not to touch anything and was being watched by her mother closely. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I would advise that if they feel uneasy about their customers bringing kids into the shop to say so especially considering we booked our appointment weeks in advanced they could have said so then.

Nice staff. I didn't find my wedding dress here but my attendant made a valiant effort. I would return for other formal wear.

I was shopping for my formal and I found the perfect dress within five minutes! I also recently got my dress fitted and I did not have any issues 10/10 would recommend!

I am the Maid of honor in my best friends wedding who went here for her dress and ours. I always take a size 0-2 but when they measured me for my dress they said I need a 6 and they stressed dress sizes are different than clothing sizes. Because they are the professionals and know more about the dresses than I do...I listened to their recommendation of a size 6 and that's what they ordered me. When the dress came in, needless to say it was enormous on me. I asked if they could send it back and order me a smaller size and they said no. I paid in full so I was stuck with this dress. It needed to be dramatically altered down 2 dress sizes over 3 inches! A dress that is supposed to be ordered to size should never have to come down 2 dress sizes. They were no help in fixing their mistake. Jen said she'd call me back and I never heard from her. Their professionalism and customer service is certainly lacking. I ended up paying almost the same price for alterations as I paid for the dress. They were NO HELP. Please save yourself the stress and frustration and take your business elsewhere, where businesses know how to treat their customers. I was looking for my own bridal gown there too, unfortunately they forever lost my business because of their lack of professionalism and customer service.
