I had the best experience picking out my wedding dress because of the wonderful staff. I live out of state and they were more than accommodating. They worked on my dress 3 days in a row while I was in town to make sure it was absolutely perfect, which it was.  The alterations weren't minor, easy ones but they nailed it! They made me feel beautiful and I couldn't have asked for anything better!

I had an amazing experience buying my dress here! I went with my mom and sister last November the day before Thanksgiving, and they were more than happy to accommodate me.  The woman helping me was pleasant and she knew exactly what would work for my special day. The customer service was phenomenal, and all of us had a lot of fun picking dresses. 

My wedding is in 17 days and my dress never had to be altered, I got an incredible veil, and they gave me my tiara as a gift. Thank you Bridal Chateau for making my dreams come true!

For my sisters wedding coming up we decided to stop in at the Bridal Chateau just for a look around. While here we just happened to find the most perfect dress anyone could ask for. When needing alterations the owner (Terry) did everything and anything in order to make my sisters dress the most perfect thing I have ever saw. I just don't understand all of the rude comments coming from other customers. The staff did nothing but assist us whenever possible and they were always so nice to us. We actually just picked my sisters dress up today and Terry had made up special bowties for my sister along with offering to press my Maid of honor dress just so it didn't look wrinkled. I am beyond happy with the work that we've gotten from the Bridal Chateau and we have even invited them to the wedding because we are so thrilled with the work they have done! Thank you so much and we appreciate everything you have done to make my sisters special day the utmost amazing day yet. Thank you again!
