The Dress Lounge is absolutely amazing!! I had an appointment yesterday to find my wedding dress, and the customer service was wonderful! The owner Jen helped me find my dream dress and her shop is beautiful. I was never rushed during my appointment, and she went above and beyond to show me dresses which perfectly matched my style. I cannot say enough good things about the experience my bridesmaids and I had at the Dress Lounge!!! Every single thing about my bridal experience there was wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any wedding needs. They were professionally, friendly, attentive, kmowledgable, and helpful! The staff was absolutely incredible! TL helped me with my bridal dresses, and she was amazing. She was attentive and friendly, and never made us feel rushed. She immediately picked up on my style and chose a few dresses that I LOVED that I would have never thought to try. I ended up choosing an absolutely beautiful dress, and their amazing sample sale made it so I could afford my dream dress. TL's reaction was also amazing for me when I said yes because it was obvious how truly excited she was to help me! The overall experience was amazing as well! The shop was clean, modern, and organized. We had a private fitting before the store opened, and there was seating and enough room for my guests to be comfortable. The store opened while we were still shopping, and though it was extremely busy we never felt rushed or ignored. The staff moved us to a more private area to continue our fitting, and made sure my bridesmaids dresses were exactly the style and fit they needed. I would absolutely recommend using them for any wedding needs!

There are no details about my visit because I had to make an appointment just to LOOK at dresses I was told. And couldnt look because someone else was coming in . although the door states the hours are 12-whatever you still can't just look...Why would I want to make an appointment and waste more of my time if there isnt anything I even like in the store? I was looked at like I had 7 heads...

I recommend this place to everyone looking for beautiful & decently priced dresses. The staff is so nice & helpful and will be honest about the dresses you try on so you know they arent just trying to get you to buy the most expensive.
