Hatcher Opticians

Good optician. Unfortunately, the customer service is very poor. The front desk staff are very friendly, but you have to check in multiple times before your contacts actually get ordered and they will probably fail to call you when they do come in. I have had multiple bad experiences here and recommend that if you do go here for a checkup, that you opt to buy your contacts online instead. Again, good optician, but disappointing front desk staff.

Great atmosphere and a wonderful experience! The entire staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The optometrist did very detailed testing. The out of pocket cost w/the insurance was the most affordable I have had in years. Not to mention I have always been told that I have to get larger frames because of my vision. Not true! I was able to get smaller frames, with a wide selection of frames from Coach, Versace, Michael Kors, etc. I will definitely be going back!

Great glasses selection! Way more than anywhere else in town and they’ll even order specific pairs for you. I’m a fan.

I was a customer for 7+ years. Last year I purchased new titanium frame glasses, progressive lenses with transition tint in the tune of $600+. Folks who spend this kind of money expect quality and customer service. That’s why I returned over the past years. I recently broke these glasses and when I when to Hatcher to see what could be done I was handed a print out for a local jewelry store and was told see these folks, they can probably assist in soldering / repairing. I left and went to Costco Optical. Purchased a new pair of frames, progressive lenses with transition tint for 1/3 the cost what I paid last year. Hatcher dropped the ball on customer service and lost a long time customer.
