I took my father for his first visit with this doctor last week. This review goes in a couple of different directions. We arrived and sat down to check in. The girl at the check in desk was very pleasant, personable and made my dad laugh (which is a big deal). We both enjoyed her friendly demeanor. My dad then had his exam. Dr. Weber was very nice and patient with him. We enjoyed his relaxed way. Here's where the review changes. We were then ready to check out and there was a heavy set woman behind the main desk who harshly directed us to sit at another desk to check out. She then came over and began to talk to us about glasses for my dad. She was VERY pushy and bossy. A regular pompous 'know it all'. How that office puts up with her day in and day out is anyone's guess. We chose not to buy from Dr. Weber's office simply because of her, we just wanted to leave. Unlike the rest of the staff I hope this one isn't there if we return next year. I'm not trying to deter business, I'm just telling our experience.

I can't say enough about the fabulous Patty who works at the desk she is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me!

Lady behind the counter is so rude. She was yelling at some child on the phone and flashed me a look that could kill-didn't even pay attention that I walked in for information. Couldn't care less. They try to look all fancy but they're just nasty trash. Didn't meet the doctor yet-if that arrogant lady is any reflection of the doctor who employs this socially awkward and inempt assistant, they can go back and work and live under the bridge they came from along with the rest of their troll friends. Don't go! You will be sorry. Every time I shop at Publix and walk past that store I'm so glad I didn't give them my hard earned money just to be treated like garbage.

Dr Weber is very impersonal. Felt like I was in an assembly line and they were just trying to get as many patients in and out as possible. The lady at the desk is dumber than rocks and can be quit crude. They scheduled me for a yearly check-up, so I go in, wait 30min to be seen by Dr. Weber, then when I finally go in he crudely said "Why are you here?" THEY WERE THE ONES THAT FREAKING CALLED ME IN FOR AN ANNUAL EXAM. He couldn't even take the time to read the chart to see why I was even there. To top it all off, they tried to charge me for the full exam because "they didn't realize my insurance only covers contact exam every 2 years." Never going back.
