Brought my daughter in for an eye exam with Dr. Sadek, who was absolutely great with her and she went home with a pair of glasses she loves. Highly recommended!!

I got my glasses an contacts from here for a few years in a row now. Their prices are good and I really like the doctor, she's great. 5 STARS! I will continue to come here for my eyewear needs. The staff is great too!!!!!!

Just tried to make an appointment. After taking all of my information, schedular refused to finalize the appointment without me giving them my social security number over the phone. When I stated I would be happy to give to to them at my appointment, she refused to book the appointment without it. I explained that it is a security risk and she should be aware of that and my hesitation to give out such sensitive info over the phone to a complete stranger. She wouldn't budge so I said have a nice day and hung up. In this day and age of identity theft and personal info being compromised, this business should know better.

We moved to Lakeland noynlong ago and picked optical outlets for my son's eye appt. The staff was wonderful and attentive and the doctor was as well. So glad I picked optical outlets

Been here several times. The dr. Is nice except she kind of seems like shes in a rush to get u in n out. Wasnt very helpful answering any questions. The staff is snotty. I went in there yeaterday with my daughter and there was NO customers in the store at all. My daughter sat down at the station to talk to the worker and this nasty nasty girl wouldnt even let me sit down in the chair next to my daughter. She had no customer there. They also try to overcharge. Find a better place. Not worth the hassle. And the selection sucks
