Maxim Eyes Optical Inc

A few things... the optical smells. Not sure if it is body odor or oral hygiene but as soon as you open the door, it reeks; strange for an optical. The doctor is older, nice guy, but he seems a little senile. He told me the same story 3 times as if it was the first time telling me and then insisted on prescription strengths that were unnecessary as if I had more vision problems than I actually do. Perhaps it was the fact his equipment was smudged and dirty so of course when reading the charts, it was difficult to see. Half way through my eye exam I was dilated, then it was time for me to pick out my glasses... when I couldn't see... so it is no surprise when my glasses came in, I hated them. I had to exchange the frame after the glasses were made. I was happy not to get any hassle for the exchange that's the only reason why I'm not giving this place 0 stars. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The people are nice as far as people go but professionally, when you're getting medical devices, you should receive service that meets your needs without so many issues.

Always friendly, very nice people here. Their facility is always clean and they have a large selection of great looking glasses to choose from. If you are looking for a new place for eye care and glasses, this is definitely a great place to check out.

I've been a Maxim customer for over 10 years. Dulce is the Best in her field!! She always has me stylin' in latest frames and lenses!! 😎😎😎

My eye exam with Dr. Gres was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Gres and the entire staff were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend MaximEyes for all your optical needs and exams.

They were all great. Only problem was my glasses took a month to come in but it was the manufacturers problem. Not theirs. But overall good experience.
