The O.D. who conducted the eye exam was good and I can recommend him. Their billing process borders on fraud, though. **Be aware: this office charges insurance separately for a service they provide called "contact lens fitting exam."** They do not explain when this procedure begins or ends. This exam is expensive and they automatically enact the service on you if they find out you use contacts. This service was bestowed on me without explanation or confirmation that I wanted it. This extra and unnecessary (for me) service cost $50 and they would not bill it to my insurance. By the time we got to billing, the unwanted service had already been performed. What was expected have been a $20 office visit with copay for my husband and I turned into a $100 visit without our consent or knowledge. Their billing prices are not listed on their website or in their office. If you choose to visit this eye care center, ask for your specific billing charges *before** you allow them to begin any exam or services.

My advice would be to go to visionworks, eyeglass world, or LensCrafters. You’re paying a little bit extra but you’re getting good quality glasses in a timely manner. I spent almost $200 on one pair of eyeglasses. And have been waiting almost a month for them. My mom went to eyeglass world 3 Days after I paid for mine and got hers 4 Days after she bought them. I’m still waiting for mine. Every time I call about them, the stupid woman tells me that they send the glasses to the insurance company and they do my prescription then send them back. Every eyeglass place does that, that’s not an excuse for your incompetence. Don’t waste your time here, because they obviously don’t care about their customers. If you ask me this place is a scam.

This is by far one of the best eye doctor I've ever seen. As long as he's in practice I'll be his patient.

I have been going here for years. I always receive great service. Today I called at 5:05pm and they were closing at 5:30pm, it was also a Friday! I was having problems with my right eye and was worried. They had me come in and Dr. Smith took care of me immediately. They are also great with my 2 grown children as well as my 16 year old autistic son. 5 stars

The Doctor is knowledgeable, takes time to explain the reasons for his diagnoses, educate patients on eye health and answer questions. The staff is professional and helpful. They were very understanding with our young child who has glasses for the first time, especially since have been back several times for repairs to the child's glasses (without an appointment!) they were quite accommodating. They were also able to work with me on costs when my insurance didn't want to cover some of it. Highly recommend!
