This is one of the few things left from the old tempe. It's historic!  Open it up with a remodel as a museum and a few shops inside. This building will crumble if something isn't done.

I don't want to give these guys a bad rating because they are local, and honestly I do like the look of their mill even though it's gotten a bit old and run down as of late. But I can't give them a very high score simply due to their terrible customer service. I ordered some flour over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived.
