Fun fact I went with thecrawdadman we had a lot of fun exploring the mines.we fount 3 mines there but there might me more. the day we went there was a rattlesnake blocking the entrance to one but the other two were clear. to get into the main shafts you have to go through the entrance and it can be a tight fit but most people should be able to get in it. All in all I had a fun time I would recommend going there just make sure your batteries are good on you light sours because you don't want to get stuck

Nice hiking spot for kids...took my 8 yr old daughter she loved it.

Not much is left but it's still neat to see. Not far from the main road. Easy to find.

Awsome time only found one entrance to mine walked in and had a few passages but stuck to the main tunnle great hike to the mine awsome to see history

Awesome piece of Phoenix history, the portals are filling in rapidly compared to some of the pictures posted on here. But with how well known this site is, and the rapid decline of common sense, that might be for the best.
