Health in Hands Spa Hoboken Massage

I called to purchase a couples massage as a Christmas gift for my parents based on the high reviews and the proximity to their home. Unfortunately, I wasnt made aware of their limited hours for couples massage for this location and that the couple will be given a massage separately. My father had to wait while my mother had her massage session. I've gifted my parents a couple massage at various places thought the years to give them a new experience. With that said, my mom mentioned this place was not memorable besides the sweet masseuse.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Problem areas we discussed prior to the session were given ample attention, and parts i didn't even know were tight, like my IT band (which explains my knee and hip pain), were given extra care. Post-massage conversation reviewed the areas that required the most work and suggestions on how to care for those areas were provided. Highly recommend!

Yanira and Marcia are amazing! Tried them both for trigger point massage and they have very similar technique finding my tight muscles. My headache is gone and i have better range of motion. Definitely coming back since just realized that i need this type of massage on a regular basis! Highly recommend Health in Hands Spa!

I am so happy with my experience at Health in Hands Spa! My massage therapist talked with me beforehand about the chronic pain that i had been experiencing in my shoulders, neck and upper back. She focused on those areas and was extremely thorough, friendly, and professional. After the massage, she suggested ways that i can prevent activating my trigger points in the future and warned me that i may experience some soreness in the days after my massage. I did experience some soreness after my massage, but because she told me to expect that, i was not concerned about it. When my soreness dissipated, i felt 100% better and have not experienced any pain in my neck, back, or shoulders since! I am amazed and highly recommend Health in Hands Spa to those experiencing chronic or nagging pain.

Shirley in Hoboken is amazing! I have tension from top to bottom working on my feet all day and my first massage with her was the best I've ever had. She got knots out of my legs, arms and back I didn't even know were there. Signed up for a membership and will be back every month! Thanks Shirley!
