New Four Seasons Spa

BEWARE!! LOST $120!! I made an appointment to visit this spa and prior I was given a $120 gift card to use. When I visited I gave the woman the receipt ID. She said they have no record of the purchase and we can pay for services and THEN they will check PayPal. That is not how business is done. I’ve been coming to this place for years and insisted I know this purchase was made. I called PayPal on speaker in front of her and they confirmed the transaction was made. She had someone else come in and they said they don’t know because when they moved there were other bank accounts. This place is a scam - I lost my $120 purchase and on top of that PayPal said they can’t issue a refund after 180 days. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere that has loyalty and are not money hungry.

Horrible owner, very very rude. Freezing cold scrub room, requests to turn heat up were resolved by yelling at clients. Spa Dew is far superior.

Don’t miss it!!!!! Four Seasons is an exceptional spa when compared to other’s around and which I’ve visited earlier. No question about it, It is absolutely beautiful, serene and inspiring spa. Incredible staff, skillful, courteous, and professional therapists. I have been to this place 5 times and each time there is nothing short of perfect. TRY IT.
