This was my first time trying Floatation Therapy and I was not disappointed! Om Life Floatation simply takes you out of the hustle and bustle of every day life, gives you peace for a solid 90 mins, and leaves you feeling as if you are literally floating on a cloud. I highly recommend this service! I also received a very relaxing massage from Mark today as well. Magic hands! As far as the facility itself, everything is squeaky clean and the people are wonderful. Thank you to Kelly, Mark & Nina! I will definitely be coming back again soon.

The best alternative spa in town! I've already floated a few times at this brand new modern sanctuary in downtown Jersey City. I was already a fan of floatation therapy, but had never floated in such beautiful float tanks before! Each tank has meditative music, mood lighting and stars on the ceiling. Everything can be adjusted to your preference, or for the ultimate meditative experience, you can opt to turn everything off for complete sensory deprivation. You get a generous 1.5 hours in the tank, which always leaves me feeling like I got the most amazing massage. The heavy concentration of magnesium in the water relaxes my muscles in a way massages have not been able to. I cannot recommend floatation therapy enough - you will feel brand new!

Hands down amazing. Staff is awesome, place is super clean, and the floatation therapy is literally an out-of-body experience. I've been here a few times and it's addictive, you leave feeling calm, energized, centered. Would recommend to anyone.

The om.life Wellness Spa is an amazing retreat from daily life. The spa has a very unique set of offerings, including cryotherapy and sensory depravation flotation therapy. The facility is impeccable and was built out meticulously. Anand and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. I have floated here a number of times, and each was a great experience. Having tried both the starlit chamber and the pod chamber, I would recommend the starlight chamber for first timers, and the pod for anyone returning for a second time.

I have floated once or twice before coming here and wasn't able to actually get into the nirvana state. Their clam like float tank was AMAZING! I turned the lights off, used a neck pillow, played soft music, and most importantly went right after work so I fell asleep aka nirvana immediately.
