I have been a member of this credit union for over 40 years and have found them to be very efficient and helpful.
Let me start off saying, i was so thankful to be assisted by Loan Processor Jayson S dela Paz. He was so patience, knowledgeable and kind. He really advocate for me to get the best deal for my auto loan. Best customer service i have seen in a long time. Very professional and efficient.
This place will steal your money in overdraft fees. When overdraft fees are illegal. I did get a good auto loan when they had employees that cared. I can not Tell you the slime and stealing in this place please go elsewhere if you value your money..... Thieves, and have no care about the customers unless they can steal from you.
This bank is just awful in customer service. Things that should be routine are so difficult here. In the last couple of months, I've had payments that I tried to make, transferred to someone else's account, I've had my online banking access taken away though it's not very good in the first place, I've been told that I can't do anything about my CD account until the day it matures, which happened to be a Saturday they were closed of course. And through all these issues, every time I've called member services, all i get is the voicemail, yet no one calls me back. I've sent e-mails that the website says I should contact, yet no reply to those either. My suggestion is just avoid this bank. Their rates are pretty good but it's not worth the hassle and poor service.
Getting a hold of anyone at this credit union is impossible,the website says they close at 5 pm when in called come to find out they close at 4 pm ,I was calling to resolve a minor issue in my account don't see how this place is still around i go online to transfer money from my savings to my checking and I see a $5.00 transfer fee does this new CEO even care does he even look at these reviews what a clown show when Cathy was CEO at least she would connect people with issues it's a joke of a place
WARNING DO NOT JOIN DEMOCRACY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. THIS BANK HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS SO BAD I WISH I COULD FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OVER 15 YEARS . THEY WERE NOT THIS BAD YEARS AGO. BUT AS TIME WENT ON THE PROGRESSIVELY GOTTEN WORSE WHEN BUSINESS ARE SUPOSSE IMPROVE THERE SERVICE DEMOCRACY CUSTOMER SERVICE DECLINED. THERE IS ABOUT A HAND FULL OF PEOPLE HANDLING POSSIBLE HU NDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS CALLS. WHEN YOU CALL ANY BRANCH THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. WHAT TYPE OF BANK SENDS THERE CUSTOMERS TO THE MANAGERS VOICE MAIL. THEN THE MANAGER CALLS YOU BACK DAYS LATER . THESE PEOPLE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. AlSO I WAS APPROVED FOR A CAR LOAN AFER READING THERE TERMS OF AGREEMENT AND I CALCULATED MY COST MY INTEREST RATE IT WAS VERY HIGH I HAVE GOOD CREDIT 790 IS MY SCORE. ITS NOT THE GREATEST SCORE BUT THEY COULD DO BETTER. I THOUGHT CREDIT UNIONS HAVE BETTER RATES. I JUST SHOULD OF APPLIED A TD BANK BECAUSE THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE.
this is the worst credit union they dont answer the phone at all.they are close Sunday and Monday and no customer service when i enter the branch.
I've been a member for 36 years and have no complaints whatsoever.
