Highland Square Apartments

Lived here for a while and honestly been really impressed by the ownership of this property and how quickly issues are taken care of. Would recommend living here for the nice apartments, good staff, great neighbors and easy access to stores around Wichita! Above was my original post. Because of those positive feelings in the post I decided to stick it out when my AC broke and was replaced with a new one which immediately broke. Since that incident I have been without AC many weeks/months and going on a year now it once again broke. The amount of time my AC has worked is almost equal to the time it’s been a broken. So updating to three stars. Still holding on due to the property manager always attempting to help fix it and AJ for being awesome and delivering the window unit which only cools one room the next day after it breaks.

I've been living here for over two years now, and overall, it's been a very good experience. The office staff has always been wonderful with communication and I've always appreciated their willingness and promptness when it comes to providing for the community. Maintenance is fantastic and every issue I've had that required repairs has always been addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. This has always felt like a clean, safe, and nicely located apartment complex, and I've definitely enjoyed my time here.

I love living in the landing. The location is great everything 5 minutes or less around me. I really recommend this place. The lady in office Mel is so awesome.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I truly lucked out just trying to find an apartment close to work prior to moving out here. Alas, I ended up in an amazing location close to every amenity available. Banks, car repair, a 24 hour gas station, a thrift store, and a host of other spots are a 2 minute walk from my apartment. There's literally a Walgreens next door in case someone needs to get their ED prescription filled on the fly. The cost is ridiculously good for this one bedroom they do offer two bedrooms as well I believe for not much more. I feel like the IRS might try and tax me heavier if they found out how cheap it was for the quality. Going on a year here and have had zero major issues that required an emergency call. Dishwasher included. Redone bathrooms with incredible counter space for all of the scented soaps I don't need sometimes this guy needs to have his hands smelling like apple cider you know. Curved shower rod so I can feel fancy while drying off this pasty torso of mine. Huge kitchen counter space which is under utilized as I heat up yet another frozen Indian meal in the stove that's worked perfectly from the jump. The grounds are super clean, the residents are incredibly friendly, and the laundry room is a nice touch as well for someone like myself who's lazy remember, frozen dinners regularly. Ample parking for days, weeks even, surrounds the entire building. We got a new landlord recently and she has really gone all out to be accessible and understanding while making this apartment complex feel even more like a community by keeping us updated on new positive happenings in the building. I even got some Halloween candy delivered to my door to the dismay, or gratitude, of my local dentist right down the street remember, amenities are fruitful and close by around here. I couldn't recommend this place enough, and I have, as a coworker has set up show here and speaks quite fondly of it when we work together. Check that crime map if you want. Bright green over here just to emphasize the level of safety that I feel every day, and night. No looking over my shoulder as I take a stroll to the local park down the way to do a few pull-ups or to play a round of tennis who am I kidding, I'm lazy remember. If you're looking for one of the best kept residential secrets in the ICT, you found it. Thanks for all that you do Highland Square. I have lived in quite a few noteworthy apartments as I relocate quite often and this one will be darn near impossible to beat for value, convenience, and all around good vibes.

I recently renewed my lease to begin my third year at Highland Square. The management & maintenance work is on par with the most luxurious communities. Screening must be good, because we have great neighbors. I recommend this modestly priced community.

Safe and secure living environment. Older complex so the walls are thin which is understandable. Management was very nice, helpful and trustworthy. Neighbors were respectful as well. Grounds are always kept clean when people use trash cans.

Well maintained and very affordable! My wife and I loved living here during our first two years of marriage. Always felt safe and never had a problem with the my neighbors. The manager here is great and takes good care of the residents! I highly recommend these apartments.

My son was born after we moved in. I finished my degree , went active duty orders for 1 year. Very safe, never heard any break in or property damage. In fact, most residents are busy with their work. Day in and day out. Pretty quite. It is a blessed apartment! Quite environment, wonderful maintenance people, great manager, very reasonable price in a nice, safe location that i can find all my needs in 3 miles range. The only reason I have to move is because my job in another city. In Wichita, there is no other place I will move! Manager John is the man I can trust with my family!

Great location in nice neighborhood. Enjoyed evening walks and nearby access to bike trail. I preferred a smaller community, and Highland Square was a good fit. Apartment was clean and spacious. Excellent property manager on site that was very easy to work with and responsive to needs. Overall, an excellent value.

Lived here for 3 years and had a very pleasant living experience and is affordable. The property manger does a great job of maintaining and caring for the proper. All my maintenance needs were handled almost immediately.
