Great staff, breakfast kept very well stocked, great location near historic district and many great restaurant options. Free pretzels and iced water with lemon in the afternoon and evening. Free hot beverages (teas, coffee, hot cocoa) 24/7. We had a great river view. Readily available free shuttle mornings and evenings. No complaints about room. Only drawbacks were small gym, no jacuzzi and no microwave in room.

Awesome place. Staff were super friendly. Great views from our room if the Ben Franklin bridge and the Delaware River. Easy to walk to all of the historic sites. There is a bike rental stand right across the street if you want to make it easy to get around without driving.

We were up here for a funeral and we had very comfortable beds and delicious full breakfast. Nice staff. I was able to see the Ben Franklin Bridge from my room. Very crowded city but nice. Do not make a mistake and drive over the bridge to New Jersey and come back to Philly because you will pay for both entry and return.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Friendly front desk staff. It's a budget conscious hotel, so there's not many bells and whistles. The lobby and outside can get filled with some unsavory characters at night.

Hello from Long Island. I would highly recommend this hotel. The view (from my tenth floor room) was breathtaking. The people (guests and employees) were very friendly and everyone seemed very happy. The room was clean, neat, and suited my needs. The hotel is convenient to several restaurants and beautiful landscapes. The only negative thing I have to say is that my room was across from the storage closet so there was a lot of noise. One could hear a lot of speaking, cart pushing, cans rolling, etc. I loved the view so I did not ask to change rooms but in the future I would ask to stay in a different area. Enjoy your time in Philadelphia.......
4/11/18-I am sad to say that I was not happy with my room this time. I arrived on the 10th at about 1pm and although "my" room was not ready, I was told that there was a room with two beds that was ready. It was very nice of them to accommodate my early arrival and I accepted the room. The room did not seem clean and what I mean by this is the curtains were dirty, the water in the bathroom sink was very slow draining, there was a musty odor in the room, and the floors were not clean. There was dust all over and the mirror was hard to see into. I was quite disappointed this time. Please change the curtains and do the proper maintenance so the next guest will have a more pleasant stay than I did.
