The good was so delicious!!! Please try the wings when you are there. Fried plain, they are really good! Not only is the staff really friendly but they are also knowledgeable. If you're not sure what kind of cheese or meat you should indulge in, ask! Finally, the sangria was amazing! We went for brunch but I'm sure the food is amazing anytime!

Hootch and Banter. This is the first time I've been to this establishment after seeing and hearing so much about it over social media, etc. With that being said, I had high hopes coming into this Modern American destination located in the heart of downtown Frederick. As my group and I entered, we were greeted immediately by one of their staff and was sat closer to the bar. The atmosphere and vibe was pleasantly welcoming and transports you back into the Historic Frederick times. The lunch menu is not sophisticated and overwhelming with choices, which I sometimes prefer. The drink choices were out the roof and happy hour apparently starts at 11:30 AM. Awesome. The best part of the whole experience was the "Kidd Burger." Stacked with mouthwatering Applewood Bacon, this delight is one that every bacon and burger lover will have to try. The fries were also peculiarly interesting. The seasoning of the fries almost made it seem like they were almost sweet potato fry but just perfectly in between. All that being said, it was a good experience. Highly recommend.

We stopped in for a quick birthday present drink. The service was okay but not prompt. One suggestion I have always for American waiters is to never leave the dining area with empty hands. They need to learn to work more effecient rather than running around constantly.

Consistently excellent food, drinks, and service. This speakeasy-style restaurant rivals anything NYC has to offer. I have visited many times and never had anything I did not love. Charcuterie, salad, burgers, empanadas, everything is delicious. Service is always outstanding, and the owner is there on site most days greeting and checking on customers. Jeff the bartender is fantastic- creating his own cocktails or pouring old favorites. A must-try if you are visiting Frederick.

The fries!! The smallest things can make all the difference. I loved the appetizer platter and drinks. And the fries spice up every plate. They are amazing. Stop by just for a side of fries!
