There is a lot to like here. The food quality is top notch, the atmosphere pleasant, and the service friendly. But said service also tends to get scatter-brained once the business level gets to "moderate", and the offerings are pricey with a capital P. Their "half off bar food" happy hour seems like a great bargain until you discover the miniscule size of the portions, though again, really good. More a special occasion place than a regular haunt for us plebeians who have to watch our money carefully, it gets enough right to be worth an occasional trip but, for what it charges, could (and definitely should) do better.

Excellent service..lovely location by the water. Everything was plated beautifully...and tasted even better than it looked! Salt beakers were fun. (Really didn’t even need them everything was seasoned and cooked wonderfully) a superb selection of wines and flights. End by sharing a dessert..they are beautiful and you will be so glad you didn’t miss the experience. This is definitely a “don’t miss”

Excellent service. Attentive but not intrusive, and they quietly paid attention to let us enjoy the meal the way we wanted it. Great wine list by the glass, and intriguing tasting trios. The food was amazing, from starters to entrees to coffee. The duck, oh my goodness, the duck. Food alone is top 2 or 3 in Frederick, which if you know the area is actually saying something, plus nice un-stuffy atmosphere (dress up some jeans and you're fine here) and nice location. Highly recommended.

Always a favorite place to spend a happy hour. Great wine selection and friendly staff. My only criticism is the menu obsession with pork. A few more vegetarian or even pescetarian options for snacks would be fantastic.

I've been here for brunch and dinner and both times I was blown away. Fantastic food and wine selection. The wine cards are incredibly cheesy however and kinda takes away from what the taster feels about the wine themselves. I feel like they are unnecessary. A little pricey so I can't come often but you certainly get what you pay for. Can't wait till patio season starts. I'll definitely be back once it's warmer out.
