The best restaurant in Frederick, frankly. You will shell out a bit for it, but it is worth it. I have been here a number of times and I have seldom been disappointed. The food is excellent (including possibly the best burger in Frederick for lunch) and sophisticated; the drinks constitute a fine selection of wines and beers and the best cocktails in Frederick. Additionally, their happy hour is a serious bargain. And the service is generally good, a rarity (sadly) in this town. I fully intend to make this a regular stop in my local restaurant patronage for the coming future.

Fantastic!! Yum!! What a spectacular place! Kelly was an amazing Bartender! She was so fun to watch, very entertaining and knowledgeable on her drink recipes. A true Bartender that is so hard to come by now-a-days. She had great recommendations that was on par with our desires and tastes. The food was tasty, the presentation beautiful and the service spot on! We will absolutely dine here again when in town.

Took the wife here for her birthday. The entire meal was delicious from start to finish! The crab dip is probably one of the best I've had with actual lump crab meat. The fillet was perfectly cooked and seasoned...one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. And last but not least, the sorbet for dessert is sinfully good. The waiter was also super attentive and very friendly. The food was worth every dollar for the quality of food and experience. The $45 fillet here is better than others from restaurants of comparable cost and higher IMO.

Had a very enjoyable dinner at the bar--came in without a reservation and couldn't he happier with my meal. The service was great, and there was a nice crowd at the bar, most of whom were having dinner. A great place to come for an excellent meal.

Horrible service, Food edible, So-So wine list. Popularity must be based on a "social status" scale because it surely cannot be the food. The food is quite edible but very limited choices. Usually a "limited" or custom menu means quality over quantity. In this case it only means the cooks don't have to work very much. I do not believe for a moment that an experienced or knowledgeable Sommelier oversees the wine list/cellar given the list from which to choose. Finally, the server was actually rude, inattentive and acted like she was doing us a favor by waiting on our table. What are MY qualifications for what I write? A family member at the table is a chef himself, graduated from CIA, Hyde Park, I know my wine, and know when I am being treated poorly.
