I bought a car from Houston Auto Empire even there are an impound storage facility they actually have really good salvage cars the cars it gets towed after 72 days they usually do a storage lien on it and sometimes you find good ones try your luck

They toad my vehicle for parking the opposite way at my apartment complex. Had to pay $286. The parking lot is all dirt. They had my new vehicle in mud! They also don't accept American Express or Discover. Also it's difficult to locate this lot. It's a grey building next to an orange dealership building.

This is Houston Auto Empire I I know the black site at this business I'm not going to talk much but everyone be careful buying cars from there and specially from the guy goes by the name Omar but his real name is Abdullah shehadi

Our office represents a client who has their vehicle stored at this facility. As you are aware, it costs my client everyday their vehicle is trapped at this facility. On or about 1-23-18, we were placed immediately on hold when attempting to contact their business number for over an hour. On or about 1-24-18, we were placed on hold for over an hour, and then a female representative picked up the phone. We informed her we represent the client and we wanted to release the vehicle. She immediately hung up. As a result of this, we will be filing a claim with the TDLR and a lawsuit for the continual DTPA violations of this business. We ask that the TDLR revoke their license and inform this office of their deceptive business practices. Thank you.
