Make sure you are hydrated and have on good shoes and are dressed appropriately for hiking for your car amongst a sea of cars. These people are legitimate thieves. It never fails on the holidays they scheme to steal money. I even parked in the correct place!
If I can I'll give then 0 ,they lie and is nothing you can do about it,my nephew had his vehicle towed even that he had his permit on the windshield , and don't waste your time showing proof, they just don't care, unfortunately you need to pay to get your car back that's all to it. The receptionist is so rude, why do you work a customer service position when that is not your Forte? You talk to her and she doesn't even look at you. One disappointed citizen expressing her experience. By any means you are free to use any towing company after all this is a free country
Many of these reviews may seem horrific, but these reviewers are actually being charitable about this business. My car was towed from my apt that I had just moved into, after I’d been parked in front of my unit for about 7 min and hadn’t yet placed my parking sticker on my car. The manager graciously called the tow truck and the storage yard and told me all I had to do was show up and tell them who I was and that they’d release my car to me asap. Unfortunately, when I walked up to the window this woman is enclosed in a locked room with a plexiglass window and speaker, like Hannibal Lecter. But it’s most likely for her own protection because her nasty attitude places her at risk of getting dragged by the wrong person on the wrong day, she didn’t even acknowledge me. I tried to get her attention and she yelled “I’m doing something right now! Just wait!” It only got worse from there with her yelling at me, at my mother, eventually physically getting up and walking away from her seat while I and other customers waited in line, she later physically rushed toward me, refused to let me leave and held me hostage in the towing yard even though I’d provided her with my DL and copy of my insurance, she barked orders at me: “Get over there! Go there! Don’t stand there! Don’t you dare move!” I’m talking a whole new level of psychotic. I was forced to call the police who gratefully arrived within 10 minutes! They took my side and commented on her instability and unwarranted attitude as well. I apologized for having to call them over something so petty that was so unnecessarily escalated beyond reason, and was surprised when they apologized to me for having to deal with her and her disturbing antics. Within 10 min of them showing up, despite her trying to waste their time like she wasted my and my mom’s time, they returned my keys to me and allowed me to drive my own car out from the yard, wishing me and my mom a good day. My mom later mentioned that while I was speaking with the officers, the line of angry customers had continued to grow, and the woman was unleashing her craziness on everyone out of nowhere just as she’d done with me. Apparently she’s one of the owners though she lied and told my mom she was the sole owner, but hopefully her co-owners open their eyes to see how detrimental to a business a raging psychopath can be. I guarantee you that if she’s continually allowed to interact with the public, she will single-handedly dismantle this business, brick by brick. And at this point, that would be the best outcome.
Facility not ADA Complient and staff was rude, Refused to open gate so I could assist my wife, who is on Chemo, to retrieve personal items from our car. Lady in office was very rude to each customer I witnessed her interact with. I felt discriminated against because I couldn't even climb the steps to her window.
I would give a 0 if I could. Receptionist extremely rude. I asked her on the phone what I needed and she said only a valid ID. I get there and now she needs all this other info and hard copy evidence. No customer service skills at all. definitely filing a complaint for what its worth.
It's frustrating enough that my car was towed in error cause I did have a permit to park but then to be charged for 3 days storage when my car was there barely 2 days and then on top of all that I get assessed an additional $50 for some arbitrary"Notification" fee??? The fee I understand is assessed if your car is there 5 days but so conveniently they charged me $50 after less than 2 days!!! It's a legal racket and there are other entities in on it and it's so close to being legal extortion!! Sick of the exploitation!!!
Office strictly business. I appreciate that. Had to get my truck out of the back. It was wedged into a very tough spot. Took several minutes to negotiate a way to retrieve my vehicle. Did not want to damage my vehicle or anybody else's vehicle.
Be aware! Rude people that hate there jobs. No One is friendly! Have the title to your car, DL, Car INS & exact cash on hand. Oh fyi.. They will not take insurance from your phone you must have it printed out.
My husband car has been towed twice within a month and it came to this storage on both times lol. This place doesn't check insurance thank god because i lost it and my insurance company didn't answer. One thing i didnt know if the tow truck drops your car off at 7PM then you need to get it out the next day before 7PM they charge $20 extra because it was after the time the tow truck drop the car off there?. I wish i would known that i was 10 mins after the time and i had to pay thats crazy. I just paid the amount and showed her my DL got the car within 15 mins. Its just sad some people cars didnt work then they had to pay another $150 or so to tow to their house. My car got towed 2 times in 2 weeks like WTH.. I was taking groceries out of my car and come back its gone they were watching me they hooked up fast. I followed them in my other car and paid $257.00 for 10 mins and my purse was still in there. TF!! The guy that works in the front gave me the tow truck number and it was the wrong number SMH!!. They work together of course. Its hard times right now this is the last thing anyone wants is car towed. Giving them free money.
My mom's vehicle was towed from our apartment building because it 'looked abandoned' it had plates, and parking stickers. Landlord called and said I only needed to show my ID. I go, lady says I need hard copy of multiple things, which is in the vehicle. I ask if I can go get them, she says no, I have to get them from my insurance place and DMV. Absolutely the worst, these people should be jailed for robbing people
